Tony was born and raised in New Jersey, and because of his natural dance ability, began his dance career as a party motivator at the young age of 16 for a local DJ company. He has always been comfortable and found joy in encouraging others to get up and dance. He often reminisces about how he would lock himself in his room as a child and break down all of his idol's dance moves!

After graduating high school, Tony became the color guard instructor for Roselle Park High School in New Jersey where he choreographed many award winning routines and also choreographed for their winter guard. In addition, he performed with an independent winter guard for 2 seasons.

Tony attended the Broadway Dance Center in New York City, and it was there that he discovered is love for Hip Hop. In recent years, he has attended classes with some well known names in the Hip Hop scene; Flash, Chuck Maldonado, Donyelle Jones (So You Think You Can Dance), Free, Phlex, Cris Judd, Mia Michaels (So You Think You Can Dance), Laurieann Gibson (Making the Band), Dave Scott, and Tyce Diorio to name a few.

Tony continues to attend dance conventions and classes to further his dance education and to stay updated on the latest dance styles. As he continues to broaden his "dance" horizons, he enjoys teaching at JUMP Dance Company, and looks forward to bringing many more smiles to the faces of your children. Tony encourages adults to join his classes as well!
